Inside the new Goals tab, you’ll find two subtabs:
- Venue Goal Settings
- Custom Goals (available fon Premium plans and above)
Venue Goals
Manage and update your business goals in one centralized location:
Reports → Goals → Venue Goal Settings
This new section is the home for editing and maintaining your venue goals.
You can still view your monthly goals compared to sales in Reports → Analytics.
Custom Goals
This section allows you to create custom sales goal views tailored to your business structure.
Create Goal Views By:
- Specific groups of users
- Specific groups of venues
Metrics:
- Grand Total
- Subtotal
- Number of Events
Whether you’re managing multiple venues, sales teams, or regions, custom goal views help keep everyone aligned around the numbers that matter most.
