How to Connect Perfect Venue to Your Google Business Profile

Connecting Perfect Venue to your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is a simple way to drive more bookings and increase revenue directly from Google Search.

Step by Step: Add Your Perfect Venue Link to Google

1. Copy Your Perfect Venue Venue Profile Link

  1. Log in to Perfect Venue

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Select Venue Profile

  4. Click View Venue Profile. This will open your public venue profile page. Copy the URL from your browser. This is the link you will paste into Google.

2. Sign In to Google Business Profile Manager

Next, log in to the Google account that manages your venue’s Business Profile.

  1. Go to Business Profile Manager

  2. Select the correct business location (if you manage multiple)

Note: If someone else manages your Google Business Profile, you may need to share this article or video with them.

3. Add the Perfect Venue Booking Link

Once inside your Business Profile:

  1. Click on Bookings

  2. Select Add a Link

  3. Paste your Perfect Venue venue profile URL

  4. Click Save

4. Confirm the Link Appears on Google

Google may take a few minutes to refresh your listing.

After it updates, your PerfectVenue booking link will appear directly on the right hand side of your Google Business Profile, making it easy for customers to book.
