How to Automatically Track the Source of New Leads (Premium Feature)

Use the Auto Tracking feature to track where your leads are coming from

Note: Premium Plan only feature. To view upgrade options, go to the Billing tab.

Steps

  1. Head to the Settings tab
  2. Go to the Contact Form tab
  3. Click "Connect" on the far right
  4. Go to the "Auto Tracking" section
  5. Create a custom tracking URL by entering in a Source & Campaign
  6. Copy the URL at the bottom and insert it into your website, Social media campaigns, etc. Anywhere you put in the link the source will automatically be tracked and updated.

Where can I see the source of an inquiry?

When a lead comes in through a campaign, you'll find the necessary information at the bottom of the event details, below your custom fields.

"Source" and "Campaign" will also populate in your events report, in their respective columns!
