How to Schedule Payments

Step-by-Step instructions for scheduling payments.

When a guest pays a deposit through Perfect Venue or a credit card is added to the event's payment methods, venues can then schedule following payments using the credit card on file!

  1. Head into the Payments tab within the event
  2. Click "Add" in the Payments section
  3. Select the type of payment (Remaining Balance or Other), enter the amount you'd like to charge, and select a date in the "Paid On" field. In this case, we will schedule the full remaining balance payment.
  4. Congrats, you've scheduled a payment!
