Step-by-Step instructions for scheduling payments.
When a guest pays a deposit through Perfect Venue or a credit card is added to the event's payment methods, venues can then schedule following payments using the credit card on file!
- Head into the Payments tab within the event
- Click "Add" in the Payments section
- Select the type of payment (Remaining Balance or Other), enter the amount you'd like to charge, and select a date in the "Paid On" field. In this case, we will schedule the full remaining balance payment.
- Congrats, you've scheduled a payment!
