Log all those calls, texts and meetings that happen outside Perfect Venue, to accurately track communication with guests!
To log an activity:
- Head into the event
- Click "Log Activity" in the bottom right corner under the Emails tab
- Select the Activity Type, Date & Time, Contact (defaults to primary event contact) and add a description.
- Click save to log the activity!
Logged activities will appear in the Email thread based on the time you enter, and can be edited or deleted.
Logged activities are only internal facing and not visible to guests, and will be reflected in the Last Contacted column on your event dashboard.
