How to Connect Merri to Perfect Venue

Merri is an event and floor planning platform designed for Planners, Vendors and Venues with a simple integration to Perfect Venue.

How the integration works

You will first need to get setup with a Merri account, if you don't have one already! To get started head to this link. Once the integration is set up, Merri will allow you to make custom floor plans, and they will be accessible within your event in Perfect Venue.

How do I set up the integration?

  1. Head to your settings → integrations
  2. Select "connect" to the right hand side of Merri.

  3. Log into Merri
  4. You will be brought back to Perfect Venue, and shown a "configure" button next to Merri. Once selected, match you Merri venues to your Perfect Venue locations. 

What will this look like in my events?

Once Merri is connected, a "floorplan" tab will show up in each of your events.

You will be able to either create a new floorplan, link an existing floorplan,  or clone and existing floorplan. Once you have a selected an option, you will be taken back to Merri to create your floor plan.

 

Upon returning to Perfect Venue, you will see the floor plans in the tab just like below! The floorplans will also show on the guest proposal as well as BEOs & Docs.
