Pre-Event Questionnaire (Enterprise Feature)
Collect event details with less back-and-forth before the event date!
What is the Pre-Event Questionnaire?
The Pre-Event Questionnaire is a flexible way to ask guests for important event details (confirmed final guest count, dietary restrictions, etc.) before their event takes place. Instead of chasing information over email, you can collect everything in one place using custom questions that guests complete in advance.
Guest responses are automatically saved to the event, giving your team easy access to the details they need.
How It Works
Create your Questionnaire

Head to Settings > Contact Form
- Click "Fields"
- Create a new custom field and check "Visible on Guest Portal" and/or "Visible on Questionnaire"

Choose Where Questions Appear
For each custom field, you can decide where it will be shown:

On the guest proposal – Guests can answer questions while reviewing and signing their proposal.

On a dedicated Pre-Event Questionnaire page – Send guests a link with standalone page to complete closer to the event date.
You can use one option or both, depending on your workflow.
