What is space nesting?

Space nesting allows you to create sub-spaces within a larger space. By doing so specific rooms that will automatically be reserved when another space is booked out!

For example, if one of your spaces is a Full Buyout, you can nest the spaces under it that are a part of your Full Buyout and leave out the spaces that are not (ie catering).

How do I nest my spaces?

  1. Add in all your individual spaces.
  2. Drag your spaces using the 6 dots on the left-hand side.
  3. Indent your spaces to the right under the corresponding larger space.

How do Spaces work in an event?

A dropdown of your spaces will show up in one of three colors within an event.

1. Yellow: This means the system does not have enough information to know whether there is a booking conflict. The system requires an event date, start time & end time to recognize a conflict.

2. Green: This means your space is available for that day & time!

3. Red: This means there is a booking conflict for this specific space during that day & time.
