For our Premium customers, you are able to communicate internally with your team for each event!
Team Messages are easy to use, and a great way to keep everything for each event all in one place. You can notify team members of to-dos, important event updates, and changes for the event.
Within each event, you will see the "messages" tab all the way to the right.
You can @mention your team in order for them to receive a notification about their messages in their email. Once you start typing, all team members in the system for your venue will pop up!
Your whole conversation will live right in this messages tab, making it easy to look back on conversations you have had regarding this event, and keep team members on track!
Team Message Notifications
You can toggle notifications on or off for team messages just by heading to settings → profile, and scrolling to the "notifications" portion of the page.
